This award recognises organisations who invest in Apprenticeships in social care and the positive impact this has on their business.

We’re looking for organisations who can show an effective approach to setting up an Apprenticeship programme and recruiting and supporting apprentices. They should be able to provide examples of how they use apprentices to drive good practice and explain how they plan to use Apprenticeships in the future.

This award recognises employers who have established an effective recruitment initiative that encourages new and returning people into the workforce.

We’re looking for employers who can demonstrate their thorough recruitment process explaining how they establish their recruitment needs, the methods they use to promote vacancies, the application and selection process and the support provided for new starters.

This award recognises effective approaches to integration to bring together workers from different settings to coordinate and/or deliver services focused on the individual, not the organisation or profession.
