A recent independent evaluation found that the Social Care Commitment can help improve quality of care, dignity and personalisation. It found that positive impacts have been seen by employers in a range of services and organisation sizes across the country. In addition to reputational benefits, employers who are signed up to the commitment have reported improvements in quality of care and reduced staff turnover, due to creating positive workplace cultures and enhancing the personal development of employees.
