Qualifications structure

The qualification has ten units to be made up by taking:

A) all four units in the mandatory set

and

B) at least one unit from each of the following four sets of units:

  • Managing Activities
  • Managing People and other Resources
  • Manage Information
  • Managing Quality

and

C) two more units from any of the remaining units including assessment and verification units.

After 1/1/03 the above assessment and verification units have been replaced. Candidates who have achieved these units may still use them as part of the qualification. Candidates registering after 1/1/03 who want to gain units in assessment and verification will need to use these new units:

Assessors

  • A1 Assesses candidates using a range of methods or
  • A2 Assesses candidates' performance through observation

Verifiers
