Name of Partnership - Bedford Training Consortium

Lead organisation - Bedford Borough Council

The partnership will support its members through the provision of relevant, high quality and progressive learning and development activities that aims to further enhance standards of care and provision within care organisations within the borough of Bedford. Support in the form of relevant information, advice and guidance of the latest social care issues and initiatives will be readily accessible from experienced care and workforce development professionals and continued access to Workforce Development Funding through Skills for Care will remain a key feature of the partnership's contribution to the sector.

Free Training Courses - Mandatory Courses and other Multi Agency Courses

Invitation to attend quarterly partnership meetings,with guest speakers and workshops.

Restrictions to joining partnership - partners must provide services for clients within the Central Bedfordshire and/or Luton boundaries.

Name of Partnership - Essex Care Training Partnership

Lead organisation - Essex Independent Care Association

ECTP offers an efficient and friendly service for the delivery of WDF funding across Essex, Southend and Thurrock.  Social care employers are supported through the claims process to enable them to maximise on the funding available.  ECTP welcomes new partners, including direct employers and adopts an inclusive approach.

Name of Partnership - Hertfordshire Workforce Development Partnership

Lead organisation - Hertfordshire Care Provider Association (HCPA)

Members of the partnership will have fair access to Workforce Development Funding and will receive relevant help and support to enable them to access funding. Partners will automatically become a member of HCPA which is free of charge and benefits include - administration of training funding; Information, advice and guidance; participation in county wide Bed Bureau and will be able to become Enhanced Members and have access to enhanced benefits such as free access to information events; job advertising; SCILS Learning Resources - for a small annual fee.  For more information please contact HCPA or visit the HCPA website: www.hcpa.info.

Restrictions to joining the partnership - membership is open to all providers of adult social care, delivering care to people in their own homes, in a residential, supported or a nursing setting or direct employers within Hertfordshire providing services to at least 50% of Hertfordshire residents.

Name of Parternship - Norfolk & Suffolk Care Support Ltd

Lead organisation -  Norfolk & Suffolk Care Support Ltd

We will submit claims on a first come, first served basis up to 250 units for each member. Through the Norfolk Care Brokerage we offer impartial information, advice and guidance to all care providers on training and funding.

Restrictions to joining the parternship -  must have a Norfolk NMDS-SC registered address and sign a service level agreement.

Name of Partnership - Suffolk Brokerage

Lead organisation - Suffolk Brokerage

The Suffolk Brokerage offers access to Skills for Care and Suffolk County Council funding for training. Information, advice and guidance on all aspects of training in the sector and detailed workforce development planning if required. Partners will also receive regular information on funding and opportunities for training in Suffolk.

Name of Partnership - The Cambridgeshire Care Training Partnership

Lead organisation - Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Care Brokerage (CPCB)

Cambridge and Peterborough Care Brokerage (CPCB) at Cambridgeshire County Council CPCB offers information, advice and guidance to local social care employers around their training needs and the funding available to support these. We assist our partnership members in accessing Workforce Development Funding by providing guidance around the claims process, the evidence required to access funding and the eligibility criteria. We also communicate regularly with our partners via our website www.campetcare.org.uk and ebulletins around relevant workforce development information of a local and national nature.
