  The Establishment Report shows you how your pay rates for care workers and other key staff compare to those found in other similar local establishments. It also Identifies if your turnover and vacancy rates are typical for your type of establishment in your area.

  The Training & Qualifications Report provides detailed analysis of your worker's qualification data. This report can be used when applying for the Workforce Development Fund, for Induction and for training of your staff.
• Make it easy to identify employee qualification levels to discuss future development plans
  The Worker List provides comprehensive details of all the workers for whom you have provided information.
• Allows your head office to see information about your establishment
  If you are often asked for information from your head office, the Parent Organisation Report will allow your head office to see information about your establishment saving you time to get on with other duties.
