Project overview
Skills for Care has begun a project to enhance the NMDS-SC reporting offer, making the information derived from the NMDS-SC more accessible to all users. Our aim is to overhaul and modernise the NMDS-SC reporting module in order to create reports and information that engage and encourage use of NMDS-SC across the sector for workforce and business planning.
During May 2010 Skills for Care ran a number of focus groups to discuss NMDS-SC reporting. For more details on the key findings please click here. As a result of this feedback, and an awareness that the reports were due to be revisited, Skills for Care commissioned Tribal (following a full open tender exercise) to develop 'dashboards'.
New features including:
- flexible benchmarking against other providers
- key interpretation of information at a glance
- 'What is this report telling me?'
- 'What resources can help me?'
are hoped to revolutionise the way users' access and interpret NMDS-SC information - The leading source of key workforce intelligence for adult social care to make informed business decisions.
Here are some screenshots of the latest dashboard developments to give you an insight into this exciting new reporting feature that will be available to all visitors to the NMDS-SC website.
