Men into Care - A research-based contribution to a recruitment and retention issue (2010)
Skills for Care West Midlands commissioned research to obtain evidence about the attitudes of men to employment in the care sector, the experience of male workers currently working in the care sector, whether men require particular approaches to learning and development, and to produce recommendations to increase the attractiveness of the care sector to men.
