Skills for Care have put in place a Regional Planning Network (RPN) in each region to support employers to make strategic decisions about the numbers and type of PQ programmes that they will require and will support. This planning will require participation of employers through the regional planning networks and universitieswho offer PQ programmes.Work based learning and assessment capacity issues and information on workforce data and skills needs will inform this activity.
