Early adopters programme
Skills for Care, in partnership with local communities, employers and commissioners, is leading the development of practical tools that support the implementation of neighbourhood workforce planning and community skills development through a number of 'early adopters'. These sites will help us learn how to make sure that a neighbourhood approach to skills development has a meaningful impact on people's lives. Results from interviews with 15 early adopter sites - Autumn 2011
As part of formative evaluation activity undertaken by Skills for Care, Skills for Care staff involved in the project visited each of the 15 early adopter sites and administered a questionnaire including both multiple choice and open questions.
