As part of our #learnsomethingnew campaign, we wanted to let you know about all the leadership development programmes that we offer to support people working in social care.
- Well-led programme: these popular programmes have been running for over 3 years and allow managers to develop their leadership skills and deliver care in line with the expectations of a well-led service. Programmes are starting soon in London and Manchester and also in Leeds and Bristol early 2019. Find out more and secure your place now.

- Moving Up: an exciting development programme supporting managers from black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) backgrounds to step up and establish themselves within senior management roles. The Moving Up programme starts in November 2018.

- Top Leaders: our successful Top Leaders programme is designed for senior leaders and focuses on the key challenges and issues facing the health and social care sector. It meets the needs of those working in service provider and commissioner roles across health and social care. The programme is delivered over eight days, over a four-month period and includes both residential and module-based learning starting in January 2019.

- New Directors: the New Directors programme is designed for new and aspiring directors of adult social care with statutory responsibility. It is an exciting programme starting in November 2018 which aims to shape the leadership techniques of new directors to enhance their skills and develop new ones.
