During January, you’ll hear us asking this question a lot. We’ll be helping social care employers to focus on what they want to achieve, improve, develop and change during 2020. We’ll kick-start 2020 by offering a few ideas on what you can do to improve your service.

Over four weeks in January, we’ll support your thinking around:

  • developing your vision for 2020
  • improving your service
  • improving and developing the skills of your workforce
  • improving health and wellbeing in your service
  • attracting and developing the right talent.

We have resources to support your service - discounted this month only
