from groups under-represented in the adult social care and health workforce (and/or those who may experience barriers to employment, Oct 2018 - Mar 2020)
Our ‘Recruiting for potential’ project supports social care employers to widen their pool of applicants and explore the untapped potential talent of people who may face barriers to employment (e.g. care leavers, disabled people, military veterans), many of whom are under-represented in the workforce, but have the right values to work in the sector.
