eLearning for the MIS

Developed for deputies, aspiring managers and new managers the Manager Induction Standards (MIS) set out what every good manager needs to know and understand.

We've developed six standalone eLearning modules mapped to the Manager Induction Standards (MIS) for use by new managers as part of their induction into their new role or for deputies and aspiring managers within a career development programme. Learners will increase their knowledge and reflect on their own work and service, using interactive exercises, videos and audio from real managers in real settings.

The modules can be used as standalone learning or in combination with our Becoming a manager MIS handbook. Each module costs just £15, is simple to follow and is relevant across different services and settings.
