Wellbeing text messages pilot

We’re launching a pilot study for supporting the wellbeing of leaders and managers who we’re giving the opportunity to sign up to receive weekly wellbeing text messages. The study is based on wellbeing programmes that have supported other frontline professions which we believe can also promote wellbeing in social care.

Messages will be delivered weekly for 15 weeks starting on Monday 19 October and will include tips and prompts to look after yourself and recognition of the valued work you are doing.

If you have any questions on this pilot study and the text messages please contact us
