National Apprenticeship Week

The theme of week was ‘Look beyond’ which celebrates the diversity apprenticeships bring to the workplace and to the wider community. To highlight this, Skills for Care spoke to different employers about their experiences with apprentices, the value they have brought to the organisation as well as any challenges they have experienced.
