The Health and Social Care department at Boston College not only works proactively in partnership with stakeholders and employers to deliver high quality training. As a college we are extremely proud to say that we retained our rating of ‘Good’ by Ofsted following our most recent inspection in 2018. Our team of highly trained course tutors and assessors, each of which has a varied but equally comprehensive first-hand insight into our sector, are all passionately focused on promoting best practice, dignity and respect in every aspect of their work. We offer an array of accredited qualifications, from Apprenticeships, Diplomas in Adult Care at Levels 2, 3, 4 and Level 5 qualifications in Leadership and Management, including a variety of day courses. Alongside this suite of courses, the Department also offers bespoke training to both existing and potential stakeholders and employers, all of which is tailored directly around their individual requirements and employment needs.
