Days lost due to sickness - monthly tracking

This page compares the percentage of days lost due to sickness up to December 2020. Raw data from the ASC-WDS in February, represents the period before measures to reduce the impact of COVID-19 were introduced, which led to the lockdown of the UK on 23 March 2020. This information was taken from around 18,600 workers from 754 establishments in England.

These monthly statistics shouldn’t be compared to our regular annual reports. The monthly data is currently unweighted and may only reflect the characteristics of those who updated their ASC-WDS information.
