I Care…Ambassadors are making a difference

If you provide advice, training or support to people who are undecided about their future career direction, I Care...Ambassadors can add real insight and bring a career in care to life.

Ambassadors are enthusiastic care workers who take the time out of their busy lives to visit schools, colleges, job centres and employment agencies to help change perceptions and talk about what it’s really like to work in social care.

• an increase of 23% of people interested in a career in care after hearing from an ambassador
• a flawless 100% of people who requested an ambassador gave positive feedback
• a remarkable 91% of attendees agreed that they now have a better idea of what it’s like to work in care.
