Skills for Care offers workforce leadership, learning and development support and practical tools to adult social care organisations in England.

We became the home of the National Skills Academy for Social Care in 2014.  

By working with organisations and sharing best practice, we help to raise quality and standards and make sure dignity and respect are at the heart of service delivery.

Our work programme for 2015/16 outlines the activities we will undertake from April 2015 – March 2016.

It builds on our unique expertise and proven track record for leadership and workforce development in adult social care. 

We developed the programme based on the key priorities and challenges faced by the sector in the coming years.
