Website discovery and technical implementation of a customer experience platform
Skills for Care is embarking on a digital transformation programme, bringing together sector facing products and services under a single platform. The central point of access for users will be the website which has had several development iterations since its original creation.
To realise our vision, we are procuring 2 separate lots (both can be applied for by the same organisation) to deliver a discovery into how people engage with our services, as well as building the beginnings of our new platform.

Data strategy
With the refresh of its corporate strategy and following recommendations from a wider target operating model review, Skills for Care is now seeking to strengthen its data capability across both its technology and organisational components. Our first step in this activity will be creating a data strategy and a clear implementation plan for its future execution.
