Amended ASYE guidance and templates

As a result of the consultation that took place in 2023, some of the ASYE guidance and templates have been amended. ASYE leads/co-ordinators have been made aware of this and were given the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the changes before they went live.

The amended guidance and templates are on our ASYE templates page.

ASYE drop-in sessions

Bookings are now open for the drop-in sessions which are for ASYE leads/co-ordinators. We operate on a ‘open door’ basis, you can join whenever you want to and stay for as long as you want to. It’s a space to ask anything you’d like clarification on about the ASYE programme, or you can just listen to what other people are asking and discussing.

The next session is on Tuesday 9 April, 10:00-12:00.

Visit our ASYE event, forums and networks page to book and see the dates for the rest of the year.

Child and family ASYE annual report 2022-23

Every year we produce a report for the Department of Education about child and family ASYE. The most recent annual report and is now available to download from our website. It covers April 2022-March 2023 and focuses on ASYE activity undertaken during this time. The report is drawn on evidence from the quality assurance meetings, 360-degree evaluation tool data, portal data, action learning sets, feedback from national forums and events.

Key themes include a continued focus on equality, diversity and inclusion on ASYE programmes, the importance of investing in the ASYE and developing assessor quality.
