Bespoke action learning intervention (child and family services only)

If you're struggling to embed or deliver your ASYE programme, the Centre for Action Learning may be able to work with you using an action learning methodology to help you develop a plan for addressing the key issue(s).

The starting point of the work will be a complex mapping activity. It's envisaged that this will be face-to-face and will involve the relevant stakeholders of the programme, from which it's likely there will be a consensus reached about the challenges and barriers to success that are creating difficulties. This will be followed up by facilitated action learning to explore the issues further. The final output will be the production of a plan for the ASYE programme to work with.
