Free personal protective equipment (PPE) scheme: extended
In January, the Government made an announcement on the extension of free PPE. The free PPE scheme will be extended until March 2024, or until Department of Health and Social Care’s stocks are depleted, in order to provide protection for frontline staff, including personal assistants, against Covid as part of the government’s Living with Covid strategy.
