Use the tabs to explore different factors which affect turnover, such as recruitment and retention, pay, and demographics. The analysis shows the association between each variable and the turnover rate of selected job roles. Organisational factors affect turnover as well as individual circumstances, therefore the variables presented here are not necessarily the cause for a worker to leave their role.
