We provide a range of information and services to help you to maintain an effective workforce of social workers in both adult and child and family services.
One of our most important programmes is the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) - a 12 month programme for supporting and assessing newly qualified social workers (NQSWs). We help employers of NQSWs to implement and embed the ASYE for adult services.
We also have a range of tools and resources for employers of social workers which focus on professional development and leadership; and the knowledge and skills statement for social work supervisors in adult services.
