We asked for both individual employers and personal assistants (PA) to complete a workforce survey so the Department of Health and Social Care, NHS England, Skills for Care and others can gain insight from both viewpoints. This will help us to better understand how the workforce operates and support us to make decisions on how best to support both individual employer and PA workforce.
