Join us for the ASYE annual conference, bringing together leaders, practitioners and workforce development professionals from across adult social care to explore how neurodiversity-affirming practice and lifelong continuing professional development (CPD) can strengthen the social work profession.

Through a programme of keynote presentations, practical workshops and networking opportunities, attendees will examine how the Professional Capabilities Framework (PCF) and lifelong CPD support the development, progression and retention of social workers throughout their careers. The conference will also explore career development pathways within adult social care, approaches to enhancing ASYE delivery, and strategies for creating inclusive and supportive working environments.

Attendees will also gain insight into national developments affecting the profession, alongside practical resources and tools that can be applied within their own organisations to improve workforce development, professional judgement and practitioner support.
