What is the RM12 programme?

The RM12 programme is designed with real-world challenges in mind. We've stripped away the jargon to focus on what truly works - drawing on expert knowledge and frontline experience to deliver practical, impactful strategies you can apply straight away.

We understand how busy registered managers are, which is why RM12 gives you the option to undertake the programme over 6 or 12-months. Choose the option that works best for you and your leadership development.

Each month, you’ll take part in expert-led sessions that dive into core leadership principles with a clear focus on real-life application. RM12 equips you with tools, techniques and actionable insights that build your confidence, strengthen your skills and help you form meaningful connections.

Delivery

RM12 is delivered through interactive online sessions over 6 or 12 months, giving you time to absorb learning and apply it in real life.

  • Small cohort: Maximum of 16 participants per programme to support meaningful discussion and connection

  • Mandatory attendance: To get the most from RM12, full participation in all sessions is required

  • Ongoing reflection: After each session, you’ll apply what you’ve learned in your workplace and share reflections with the group

  • Online resources: All learning materials and tools are provided via our Learning Management System (LMS)
