We recognise the demands of the registered manager role, which is why RM12 is delivered over six months, giving you the flexibility to learn and develop alongside your day-to-day responsibilities. Choose the option that best suits your needs and leadership journey.

Delivery

Each month, you'll take part in expert-led sessions exploring key leadership topics with a strong focus on practical application. RM12 provides the tools, techniques and insights you need to strengthen your leadership skills, build confidence and apply your learning in everyday practice.

Delivered through interactive online sessions over six-months, giving you time to absorb learning and apply it in real life.

  • Small cohort: Maximum of 16 participants per programme to support meaningful discussion and connection

  • Mandatory attendance: To get the most from RM12, full participation in all sessions is required

  • Ongoing reflection: After each session, you’ll apply what you’ve learned in your workplace and share reflections with the group
