Overview

We're delivering a number of peer reflective supervision sessions for ASYE assessors and supervisors in adult services. These online sessions will give you the opportunity to learn and put into practice different models of critical reflection. This will aid your own practice and CPD as well as enhancing the support you provide to your NQSW.

Learing outcomes

  • provide a reflective space to support ASYE supervisors and assessors currently developing and supporting NQSWs in adult services
  • give you the opportunity to receive support from your peers to address challenges in your practice and share best practice
  • develop your knowledge, skills and confidence in which inclusivity will be a key focus.

How it’s delivered

The sessions will be delivered online, and each cohort will have a maximum of 35 participants. Participants are expected to attend all sessions of the programme.

Demand for places will be high so please only register if you can commit to attending all of the dates.
