This regional, in-person event is for people in a commissioning role in adult social care. It is a space to share current commissioning challenges and solutions with peers and to exchange ideas about what matters in your region today. Each roadshow offers the opportunity to start conversations with providers and people who draw on care and support about commissioning now, and commissioning in the future. This exchange also creates space for considering what support the commissioning workforce will need in future.

Midlands
This event is an opportunity for those across the region in commissioning roles to come together, develop peer networks and explore a range of subject areas, including workforce development, tech and AI, relationship management, and coproduction, discussing best practice and innovation and leaving with practical actions to take forward in your area. Skills for Care is interested in understanding from the event what support our commissioning workforce will need in future.

A collaboration between NW ADASS Future Markets Board and Skills for Care's national peer network for commissioners, this North West edition of the commissioning exchange roadshow focuses on neighbourhood working, and discussing good practice, challenges and solutions in engagement and relationships with partners.
