Celebration and evaluation |
I found the course instrumental in my development as a manager, I started this programme in the early part of my career in management and It felt like a "cheat sheet" to management, offering a really valuable refresher on the fundamentals of being a Registered Manager.
The programme was particularly helpful in strengthening my approach to supporting and developing a strong staff team. Many of the tools and concepts were immediately applicable in my role, and I’ve been able to use them to improve team performance and consistency in practice, we have embedded so much as a result of this course that has improved standards and practice in the service that I am very proud of.
Overall, RM12 has had a very positive impact on my work, and I do feel significantly more confident in my role as a result of completing the programme.
