The Level 2 Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship is an excellent starting point for those beginning a career in adult social care or developing within an existing care role.
The apprenticeship combines workplace experience with structured learning to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care. Learners will build confidence in key areas including communication, safeguarding, health and safety, infection prevention and control, and support individuals to maintain their independence and wellbeing.
As part of the apprenticeship, learners complete the mandated Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate Qualification, providing a nationally recognised qualification that demonstrates competence and supports future career progression within the care sector.
