Overview

Positive cultures take time to build and conscious effort to maintain. This interactive online workshop explores what it really means to build and sustain a positive culture in adult social care.

Moving beyond policies and procedures, the session digs into the everyday leadership behaviours that shape how a workplace feels for staff, and for the people they support.

You’ll learn how to spot early warning signs of unhealthy culture and take practical steps to create lasting, meaningful change. By the end you’ll recognise what positive culture looks like in practice and identify ways to strengthen it in your own service.

Learning outcomes

  • A clear understanding of what positive, compassionate, collaborative and inclusive workplace culture looks like - and how to spot when it’s slipping.
  • Honest insight into your own service’s culture and where it can be strengthened.
  • A practical, achievable action plan to improve culture within the next four weeks.

  • A three‑hour live Zoom seminar, including a short break.
  • An interactive experience featuring conversation, activities, and group discussions.
