Overview

Local authorities are facing unprecedented pressures. This interactive seminar explores what it really means to lead strategic workforce planning at a system level.

Moving beyond isolated planning, the session digs into how local authorities can shape the wider care market, manage rising costs, and support integrated working across health and social care.

Through collaborative activities and root-cause analysis, you’ll leave with a clear understanding of how to build a three-to-five-year workforce strategy that meets the needs of your local population.
