Kent, Surrey and Sussex role development network

A network is being established across Kent, Surrey and Sussex to support people involved in role development, whether that is changing a part of what people do (for example a member of staff taking on a new activity) or developing entirely new roles to deliver a service in a different way.

The main aims of this network are:

  • to collate examples of how roles are being developed and any resources and guidance to support this
  • providing opportunities to share ideas and learning
  • to encourage a consistency of approach across the area.

The work of this network is being supported by a Role Development Group which includes representatives from Health Education England, Skills for Care and Skills for Health.

Keep up to date with the latest information by signing up to our bi-monthly role networking briefing. All previous bulletins can be downloaded.
