Empower your leadership with RM12 – a practical leadership development programme designed specifically for registered managers in adult social care. 

Delivered over six-months through 12 interactive online sessions, RM12 provides the time, space and support to reflect on your leadership practice and develop skills that can be applied immediately in the workplace.

The programme explores topics including communication, decision-making, team development, innovation and managing change, while building confidence, resilience and self-awareness.

Through peer learning and real-world application, RM12 equips registered managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to strengthen team culture, improve outcomes for people who draw on care and support, and lead positive, sustainable change.

Requirements

This cohort is exclusively for people who work in services located in the North of England:

  • North East | Northumberland, County Durham, Tyne and Wear
  • North West | Cumbria, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire
  • Yorkshire and the Humber | North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, East Riding of Yorkshire, North East Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire

If the participant doesn't meet the criteria for participation the place will be withdrawn.

 

Payment information

Cost is £1,500 + VAT per person

Registrations close Friday 18 September 2026.

Payment can be made by invoice or credit card. 

Full payment is required prior to a cohort’s first online workshop starting.

If paying by invoice please note that invoices will be issued once registration has closed (not upon registration) and that our invoice terms are 15 days.

Failure to pay may result in participants being withdrawn from the programme
