Radnor House, a care home in Birmingham, is proudly celebrating 40 years of care and support. Established in 1985, the service has spent four decades placing residents at the heart of everything it does, offering high-quality, person-centred care in an inclusive, supportive environment.

The award recognises Les's outstanding leadership, resilience, and the positive difference he continues to make in the lives of people in the community. Under Les’s guidance, Radnor House has never fallen short of a “Good” inspection report in its 40 years.
