Berkshire College of Agriculture’s purpose is to provide high quality education that develops the Personal, Professional and Technical skills of our learners to be successful in their chosen career. We want to be recognised for our high quality provision based on outstanding teaching, guidance and support. Our aim is to deliver first class education sustainably, in collaboration with our community and students. Specifically within the area of Adult Social Care learning and development, we aim to facilitate a greater supply of skilled people with expertise in Health and Social Care and meet the identified employer skills gap in the provision of dementia care. By working with key local employers we aim to promote opportunities in Health and Social Care to young people and career changers to help to ensure that the shortage of qualified staff in all areas of Adult Social Care is being addressed. Learner feedback is obtained regularly through 'Learner Voice' and actions put into place.
