This seminar is for services who want to deliver the very highest standards of care. 

This one-day facilitated session provides insight into what outstanding care looks like and how to be best prepared to evidence this to the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Delivering outstanding care can also be directly commissioned by adult social care providers, local authorities and other organisations to be delivered as a live virtual event or face-to-face event.

This interactive seminar looks in more depth at issues introduced in our Delivering outstanding care digital learning module. Completion of the digital learning module is not required to join the seminar.

 

Who's it for?

This seminar is primarily aimed at services currently rated Good but who want to progress to Outstanding, as well as newer services hoping to achieve this accolade in their first inspection. Delegates are likely to include: 

Registered managers, quality leads, compliance leads, nominated individuals, owners and team leaders.
