Access Skills
Access Skills is an experienced, specialist Health and Social Care training provider. Established in 2008 we are rated Good by OFSTED, operate nationally, and are experienced in providing work-based training solutions. These include vocational Health and Social Care Diploma programmes from level 2 to 5, Apprenticeships (Level 3 and 5) and induction Care Certificate training. As a Skills for Care Centre of Excellence we provide all the Endorsed CPD Programmes and Modules. We are also the official partner of the National Care Association. Our core aim is to support employed adult learners to achieve excellence and provide quality provision to service users. We work hard to improve our own effectiveness as professionals, ensuring that all staff maintain high skill levels, knowledge and demonstrate positive behaviours. Working closely with Learners, Employers and Partners, we have a have a deep understanding of current issues, solutions and incorporating learning into best practice.
