Through the implementation of a new human resources and organisational development strategy the council aims to continue to create a positive and supportive working environment for all staff so that individually and in teams the workforce will engage with the goals, ambitions and strategic plans for the council, whilst providing opportunities to develop their capability and potential to meet current and future role requirements.
