Mental Health Matters is a national charity with over 35 years of experience in delivering high-quality mental health and social care services. Our purpose is to provide innovative, life-changing mental health support for individuals and communities. Our vision is that everyone can access support for their mental health to live a meaningful live, in a society free from stigma. We do that through placing our values at the heart of everything we do: We are compassionate We are accountable We are collaborative We are proud We have extensive experience of working in mental health in the context of employer support, delivering numerous contracts across England which support clients with mental health difficulties and long-term health conditions: a large part of delivering these services is upskilling and liaising with employers to be more aware of mental health conditions, reasonable adjustments, and supporting their staff’s overall wellbeing.
