Overview

This webinar is aimed at all new frontline managers of adult social care services.

Whether you’re new to the role in the past year, or you’re stepping up into management for the first time, we will provide an introduction to how Skills for Care can support you and what resources are available on topics important to you.

You’ll hear about practical ways to recruit, develop, and lead your teams, as well as how to further your own development and different ways to connect with peer support and local expertise. We will also signpost you to practical support available to help you meet the Care Quality Commission expectations.

New frontline managers of adult social care services (including registered managers, deputy managers, team leaders and aspiring leaders) or those progressing to management
