Our short films can help you to understand what Outstanding care looks like and identify some of the changes that you could make in your service to achieve this rating.

Compare your performance to others
The Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set (ASC-WDS) is used by over 20,000 social care providers, including 66% of ‘Outstanding’ rated providers.
The service allows you to measure workforce metrics such as turnover rates, staff sickness days, percentage of staff with relevant qualifications and pay rates. You can analyse the general averages across your area or compare with ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ providers.
