This learning path is designed for care workers working in care homes and is also relevant for those working in domiciliary care/care at home services.

It has core and additional recommended e-learning sessions designed to help care workers who care for people in the last days of life, and to offer support for their families.

The aim of the learning path is to provide care workers with a greater understanding and confidence when caring for individuals near the end of life.
