The Professional Leadership Development programme (PLDP) is a unique, fully funded programme for principal social workers and principal occupational therapists in adult services. The PLDP is designed to enable participants to focus on, develop and evaluate the impact of their leadership using a combination of leadership learning and development methods and then applied in practice with a Leadership Impact project. The programme is spread across five learning days between January and July 2020.
