Total Training was established in 2003. We provide high quality, interactive, practical and fun training to staff working in the Care Sector. We provide all subjects as recommended by Skills for Care in bite sized modules. We provide a 4 day 'Care Certificate Induction' programme for new starters as well a an ‘update' programme for existing staff. Training is always delivered Live by our expert trainers with years of direct care experience. Training is scheduled throughout the year allowing staff to drop on to bite sized modules at times that suit them. Our virtual classroom allows staff to access training from anywhere via their device. We deliver all Mandatory Care Subjects.
