Mission Statement Training for Care South East’s (TFC) mission is to provide engaging and practical training to social care workers to support the care sector to be staffed with people who have the expertise and confidence needed to provide safe and effective person centred support. Company Vision TFCs vision is to be a leading local training provider to the social care industry in East Sussex and parts of Kent. Our vision is to be an extension of our clients’ in house training programmes and to provide specific training in Assisting and Moving and Emergency First Aid, along with annual refresher and competency update training in Essential, Core and Mandatory training for Social Care. Our training is offered to care homes, nursing homes, domiciliary care providers, private carers, care agencies and unpaid carers. We encourage the ethos of lifelong learning.
