Leicestershire Social Care Development Group has been operational since 2006. The aim of the LSCDG is to support the workforce development and raise quality for the adult social care, across Leicester City Leicestershire & Rutland. LSCDG want to develop a high performing workforce to meet the requirement of these sector. LSCDG goals are to support and develop a diverse workforce by offering training solutions. Support individuals and organisations with their workforce agenda. Promote career pathways. Work with strategic partners to collaborate on the Health & Social Care workforce agenda.
