Staff Training - at the commencement of employment, all new employees undertake a structured Learning and Development programme which includes e-learning modules, mandatory classroom and webinar delivered training, and the completion of the Care Certificate. Bank workers follow a similar training programme. Employees are encouraged to continue to improve and expand their knowledge and skills. Staff from other companies are very welcome to join our courses which are held in two venues in Lydbrook in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire. A wonderful forest setting in which to learn.
